I was recently asked to develop a seminar presentation for fast growth entrepreneurs on what factors make some companies more viable than others. Yes, while it is generally assumed that patents, innovative technologies, first to market advantage, and having a better product or service approach are fundamental to success, I believe the answer is deeper.
